Family Background
I grew up in Nyankunde in a Christian family. My father is the director of the primary school. I have six brothers and sisters.
How are you growing spiritually?
I grew a lot in my faith attending UCBC, a Christian university. I continue to grow as I lead others. It holds me accountable knowing that I am an example to the youth.
What have you been doing since graduating from the university?
I have been serving the community by singing in the choir and working with the youth ministry. I also do a program on the radio to give Biblical advice to youth who call in with questions. After a long time of not finding a job, I now work for an organization called People’s Aid Foundation- Africa. We help with food security. I am so thankful to be able to help those in need and to have a job.
How has your sponsor helped you?
My sponsor has given me the opportunity to go to the university and add to my level of study. This experience has also helped me to grow as a leader so that I can now invest in my community. I can give freely from what I have been given and teach others what I have learned.
